CDJ Development was started by Craig Mayer, Dan Smith, and Jennifer Naive who had worked together for years in their separate businesses.  They realized that they made a great team with each of them bringing years of experience in their own fields. 

Craig is owner of Mayer Realtors and has been in Real Estate since 1998.  His knowledge of the Louisville Real Estate market is invaluable. 

Dan has been in the building industry since 1979 and started Stonelake Homes, a custom home building business, in 1995. He is one of Louisville’s premier custom Home Builders and has built numerous Homearama Homes.

Jennifer became an Interior Designer in 1995 and has worked with Dan as his Interior Designer since 2004.  Her experience in Interior Design and business keeps the office running smoothly.
